BUILDING MEMBERSHIP LOYALTY
The Membership Committee is open to all members of the Apopka Area Chamber of Commerce and acts an extension of the Chamber’s Team by going out in pairs to do Membership Retention visits for Anniversaries, invites to events, invites to host a mash-up or other events, and to check in on their needs. These volunteers serve as a conduit of communication between the chamber and its members to convey the chamber’s sincere appreciation for their membership, and to relate back any questions, cares, or concerns the member may have. These volunteers do this all while gleaning information and contacts that may help them in their business pursuits. First Tuesday of every month from 3-4 PM. Location changes to support local businesses.
Membership Committee Goals:- As a group, visit at least 50 chamber members each month to thank them for their membership in the Apopka Chamber.
- Encourage non-member businesses to join the Apopka Area Chamber when possible.
- Each committee member will strive to go out at least once per month with another committee member to visit existing chamber members.
