This program aims to provide young individuals in our community with valuable skills, training, and opportunities to enhance their career prospects. Through a combination of educational workshops, hands-on experience, and mentorship, we strive to empower our youth and prepare them for a successful future.
 
CareerSource Central Florida's Summer Youth Program offers three tracks: Explore, Engage, and Experience. 
 
1. Explore: This track provides young individuals with the opportunity to explore various career paths and industries through workshops, presentations, and hands-on activities. Participants can gain insights into different professions and industries to help them make informed decisions about their future career paths.
 
2. Engage: The Engage track focuses on skill development and training to prepare youth for the workforce. Participants receive training in essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, as well as industry-specific skills relevant to their areas of interest.
 
3. Experience: The Experience track offers participants the chance to gain practical experience through internships, providing job shadowing and hopefully leading to work placements. This hands-on experience allows youth to apply their skills in real-world settings, build their resumes, and establish valuable connections in the industry.
 
Overall, these tracks aim to provide a comprehensive and enriching experience for young individuals to explore their interests, develop essential skills, and gain practical experience to kickstart their careers.
