RFP for Accounting Services

The Apopka Chamber of Commerce is seeking qualified accounting firms to provide their services. We are inviting proposals from interested firms to handle the following responsibilities:

• Monthly bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
• Payroll processing for one employee and/or two contractors
• Filing of quarterly payroll reports (e.g., 941, UCTs) and annual payroll (940 and 990) tax returns for our non-profit status

Proposals must be submitted by Wednesday, November 6th. They may be emailed to: angela.scott@countonscott.com. As a condition of engagement, the selected accounting firm will be required to become a member of the Apopka Chamber of Commerce.
