Timothy Brian Gibb

A Visionary Entrepreneur/CEO since 1990, I began my journey with Caterpillar as their #1 recruited apprentice in 1980. They paid my college tuition and salary as I sharpened my business acumen. I assessed departmental weakness at Caterpillar having the ability to recognize systemic failure within operations .

When I started my 1st company in 1990, I was underestimated by my competitors. But I quickly became known for exploiting weakness, implemented new technology, disrupted markets, and created synergistic income streams. Seen in countless recommendations, I retain personal & professional relationships with executives across America.

Selling WI concerns for an EBITDA value of $16M, I have taken a "professional break" since moving to Florida, but retirement is a foreign concept to me. With a 35+ year record of success, failure is also a foreign concept.
